The staff is friendly, the location is perfect 20 min from Center Chicago for the price, at my room the cleaning staff was daily and even changed the Cushincovers
The cleaning smell (I think of the partly wet carpet) first day was intense (a mixture of antismoke-renuzit and fresh paint), second day of my stay it was mostly gone though
