En arrivant, problème informatique qui empêchait les paiements par carte, j'ai dû faire un aller-retour à la gare pour chercher de l'argent. Puis un petit souci dans la première chambre, mais la réception a immédiatement réagi en m'en donnant une autre. Malgré ces soucis, mon expérience dans cet hôtel fût bonne, en partie grâce aux employés sympathiques prompts à les résoudre. Et puis la chambre est très bien pour le prix, je trouve ça mieux qu'un ibis sur la même gamme. Le lit était confortable et la clim' performante m'a permis de bien dormir malgré l'étouffante chaleur dehors. Une bonne adresse tenue par une équipe de premier choix !

I stayed at the Premier Inn Mannheim City Centre and was overall satisfied. The hotel is fairly new and offers the typical Premier Inn standard. The rooms are on the smaller side, but I found them nicely designed and modern. There’s no coffee machine, but at least a kettle is provided. The bathroom is adequately sized and, like the room, absolutely clean. Most of the staff were friendly, and I especially liked the bar area, which is also staffed by the reception team. Overall, it’s a nice and solid standard hotel where you feel well taken care of.

I would recommend this hotel, it is very clean and modern and the staff are friendly. Even when I had an issue with my company paying for the room on check-in the handled it very well. The rooms are very spacious although they haven't totally utilised the space well as quite a small wardrobe which there was space for a bigger one but I had no complaints, even though I asked for a quiet room away from the railway it was quite soundproof. Only downside is the breakfast and evening menu is limited for choices and no room service is available which isn't ideal for a solo female traveler staying for a few days for business but the food is nice. Also the road from the train station to the hotel is a bit off putting to walk down at night with it being very quiet and dark due to an abandoned new build taking up most of the street but they can't control that.

We initially stayed for 2 nights then came back for another 5 nights. Positive points. Nice new and clean hotel. Negative points. Breakfast well overpriced at €16.90 and doesn’t compare to the UK, all you can eat deal. The quality of the sausage is exceptional poor! During our 5 night stay the room wasn’t cleaned once. We had to go to reception and physically get toilet paper and fresh towels. The negative points are more than likely come from the management team. Staff at front of house are left to deal with the poor decisions from the managers.
