We had a wonderful stay at Fort Sutter Hotel Sacramento, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything from check-in to checkout was smooth and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

“Great work on a complicated project”

I worked with Sosa at the front desk and he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a private event for Mother’s Day with a lot of complications and everything went extremely smoothly. I will definitely come back.

It was a quick, one-night experience, though, I could have been very comfortable there for days. Parking is a bit challenging, with a daily cost of $18.00 bucks on wkdays & $10.00 on wknds. No type of validation or discount from hotel and one needs to lug their bags/luggage down the elevator and across the alley into the hotel. It was manageable for me, though, wanted others to know. The staff made a good experience into something much more memorable and comforting. Sosa, at the front desk, keep on doing what you’re doing! You seem very tuned into providing the “customer experience.” Thank you! The Cafe Bernardo lounge & coffee shop were very comfortable and delicious eats were had. What a fun experience. Compliments to the lounge waitress on 3/31, afternoon, gorgeous smile, mocha skin; remember us 3 gals? The next morning, the coffee shop staff was very attentive. The tall fella with curly hair, also, very attuned to the guest experience. Overall, very positive experience for a one night, out-of-town stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right up the street from Fort Sutter and lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was so easy to drive to the capital and old waterfront from here too. The parking is in a garage next door and is a separate $18 charge but for the area, that is to be expected… Plus

The hotel is conveniently located right up the street from Fort Sutter and lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was so easy to drive to the capital and old waterfront from here too. The parking is in a garage next door and is a separate $18 charge but for the area, that is to be expected. The parking garage is also where the hospital workers seem to park and had security roaming so it felt like one of the safer garages in the area. The hotel itself is gorgeous. From the moment we walked in, everything was clean and inviting, the front desk worker when we checked (I didn't catch her name) was so nice and informative. We were tired from a day of driving so we decided to spend the night relaxing at the hotel and even their late night bar food didn't miss. Shout out to the kitchen, those cauliflower bites, tacos, burger and loaded nachos all smacked. When we came to check out, Julian was super nice and gave us some information about where to go in the area and how to sign up for the rewards program. We only stayed the one night, but it was a highlight of our three week road trip. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sacramento!
