The hotel staff professional and friendly. The hotel was clean as well as the rooms. Bed very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel had lovely rooms and the lobby was very nice too. Everything was very clean. We had a wonderful stay and the food we tried at the bar (we had flatbread) was good too, and we had low expectations for that! I would definitely stay there again when in the area!

Overall, the hotel is clean, quiet and nice. Nice outdoor area to sit by the fire-pit and has a nice view of the lake; however that area could be cleaned a little better. Would be nice if they add signage for people not to throw cigarette butts and garbage in the fire-pit and a few ash trays for the lazy folks who don’t want to get up and dispose of their waste properly. It’s insane that adults have to be reminded to pick up their dirty wineglasses and plates, which were left out overnight both days. I know it takes more labor for the staff to pick up, but maybe a final sweep of this area should be added to the night cleaning crews tasks. Rooms were spacious and clean. The shades in the room are not true blackout and the curtains don’t close over them, so if you’re a light sleeper you’ll wake up early with the light which was a bit annoying. There is nothing within walking distance, but tons of restaurants and a few places to shop on the main road leading to the hotel which is within a few minutes drive. Close to the Mannasses bus stop, not too far from Dulles Airport and near the Battlefield and Main Street. Left side (odd #’d rooms) have a nice view of the lake. If you need adjoining rooms, they also have that as an option. Hallway leading to the room was always clean. Rooms have a Keurig, microwave and fridge. Layout to the rooms aren’t all the same; some offer a big desk and couch others have a one person chair but both setups were nice. I didn’t care for the bathroom door which slides kind of like a barn door, but doesn’t lock (not a big deal, just a preference). They offer a daily happy hour from 5-7pm on beers and mocktails (not sure if cocktails are included as I didn’t see that mentioned in the elevator advertisement). Pool area was clean and the water temperature was comfortable (I’d guess about 80 degrees). Onsite parking also available. They also have a beautiful new conference/ event space attached directly to the hotel. It would make a good space for a small conference, Sweet 16, family reunion, etc. If you’re looking for a place with free breakfast, they don’t offer that here. But they do have an onsite restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast Buffett was about $15pp- didn’t try it so not sure what is offered. Shoutout to Arlene at the front desk who was amazing. She was sweet, attentive and always ready to help. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would visit again.

Stayed here for thanksgiving. This hotel provided what I needed, a simple clean place to lay my head while in town visiting family. The hotel is new, so everything is clean and in working order. The room was spacious, I was in a one bedroom king on the top floor. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was immaculate, very clean. Small grip about the TV, I wish it was mounted on a swivel. Very hard to watch TV if sitting at the chair at the desk. Parking for the most part was fine. It looks like the hotel shares a parking lot with the business next door. So if you are ever staying here during a weekday and the hotel is near or at capacity, you may have an issue with parking. There is an "underground" parking garage, but I was confused on if it was reserved parking of some sort, so I did not park in there. While the hotel itself is great, the area around is not. There were quite a few 'druggies' that roam the area. My uncle (who lives in the area) explained they usually stay at one of the hotels nearby. Upon arriving on check-in, I went down the road to Wawa and picked up some snacks and was approached and followed to my car by one of these individuals harassing me for money. On my way back to the hotel I noticed some of them hanging out in the median Sudley Road. I stopped by the nearby Wendy's and they were also in the parking lot, doing their business. With that being said, I would recommend making sure no valuables are left in your car when parking on the hotel property. To be honest, I probably would not stay at this location in the future, just because of this reason. While I understand a hotel cannot control what goes on around their property. The area the hotel is in, is just as important as the hotel itself.
