Amazing concierge, very pleasant and speedy check in, ensured quiet room for me, also ensured and arranged all my spa excisions, always asking if I need anything else, Sumana at the front desk was so friendly and always asking if I needed assistance morning and evening. She made me feel very welcome and taken care of. Mevin was wonderful ensuring my stay was comfortable and above and beyond, even calling my uber to translate and wait for me to be picked up. Room was always spotless.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff Mr. Kshitij were welcoming, courteous, and always ready to assist with any requests. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of ensuring everything was tidy and comfortable throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the quality of the food and the dining service. The meals were delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation. The overall ambiance was calm and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again.

I have been visiting this hotel since it opened and over this time it has suffered the same issues of poor service, disinterested staff and management that are not interested in guests, the only reason for staying is its location is well placed for our office. On this last 10 day visit, I did not get the room type I booked and the front desk manager ignored my query on the matter, as I was too busy with work I did not take it further and previous visits have taught me it’s not worth the effort. The management suffer with ‘self importance’ and choose to forget why they are actually there, for the hotel guests. On a positive note, the bar is a great place to be, Yashika shows how a bar should be managed, attentive and runs a well organised team who work hard and show interest in their guests.
