“Great location and staff”
Stayed here at weekend and had a great stay From checking in to check out hotel was everything we were looking for all members of staff were excellent- special mention to Anna in the restaurant- food and room were both up to expectations- would definitely stay here again

“Visiting Family”
Rooms were spacious, very clean and the rain shower was incredible. The comfiest hotel bed I have stayed in, and the room was always left spotless by the maids.A fantastic location for exploring the city, the hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful and could not be faulted.

“LONG WEEKEND AWAY”
Friendly and helpful staff. Upgraded room was a welcome bonus. Very clean. Only downside was that if you got up during the night for a drink of cold water it was running hot no matter how long you ran the tap for. Must be something wrong with the plumbing.

“A good hotel neglected the brand name's quality!”
Stayed for two nights in two different rooms on a business trip. Parking is chargeable and very expensive- if you are lucky to get one slot! Light bulbs missing, shower knob broken, side lamps not working, fridge broken. Room temperature was a serious issue. Very noisy heating system with fans blow… Plus
