“Satisfying 11 Night Stay, with One Exception”

We always make this hotel as our go to choice for our yearly trip to Taiwan. So glad we could stay here again even if during the pandemic. Service was top notch, as always, and room was spacious. We always make this hotel as our go to choice for our yearly trip to Taiwan. So glad we could stay here again even if during the pandemic. Service was top notch, as always, and room was spacious. We stayed in rooms 1311 and 1709 and we enjoyed room 1311 a lot for the great floor to ceiling city view with (non-accessible) balcony. Room 1709 had a really great city view but the room needed some TLC especially the worn down and stained carpet. The couch also had a stain. The bathroom had good city views and was very spacious. Housekeeping was good. Happy Hour was on the 2nd floor with delicious hors d’ oeuvre and Taiwanese snacks and drinks including beers. The only uncomfortable and improper experience was during the 3rd time dining in there for the Happy Hour. When we were done eating at our table, we walked towards the elevator as usual, but we were shocked when the hotel worker stopped us and asked us to go back to our table and clean up our dishes by first scraping the food off of each small place into the trash can, and then placing the dirty dishes into a bin on the ground next to the trash can. All the while she stood there and watched us to make sure we did this right. Our hands were then dirty and greasy, and they offered only alcohol spray to clean them. What hotel would do this? What manager would make the decision to ask a guests who have stayed 100+ nights in their hotel to be treated like hired help? Although that was a discomforting experience on our last night there, the rest of our stay was good.

Alot of shops, shopping malls, street fruit shop, hawkers n shop food nearby hotel snd near train station. Hotel look grand inside. Reception were ok, given 9th fl n room size is big and from the 9th floor, it have seperated difference flooring right up toward the roof top building, the roof top. B… Plus

Alot of shops, shopping malls, street fruit shop, hawkers n shop food nearby hotel snd near train station. Hotel look grand inside. Reception were ok, given 9th fl n room size is big and from the 9th floor, it have seperated difference flooring right up toward the roof top building, the roof top. Breaskfast catered were mainly local, typical Taiwanese porridge, standard western bread breakfast and some selectable Japanese cold disk n hot soup. Veg salad, baked sweet potato n korea baked fish. Overall. Nice 4☆ hotel.

“Good location”

Stayed here couple of times, in good location in the heart of Taoyuan, rooms nice, limited restaurant menu in the evening but not an issue as the hotel is surrounded by lots of places to eat. We use this hotel for staff when visiting our offices in Taiwan.

Stayed here the second time for business but at this time the room has a strong smell. Bed is too hard like in most of typical Chinese hotels. Room was clean and breakfast was also good. Service was also good but in general it needs renovation or at least you should be able to open the window and a… Plus

Stayed here the second time for business but at this time the room has a strong smell. Bed is too hard like in most of typical Chinese hotels. Room was clean and breakfast was also good. Service was also good but in general it needs renovation or at least you should be able to open the window and adjust the ac which was both not possible. A plus was also the international tv programs.
